Terms of Service

Using GoalForge

By creating an account you agree to these terms. You need to be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity on your account.

Free and paid plans

GoalForge is free to start, with no credit card required. A paid Pro plan adds the extra features shown on the pricing page, such as unlimited AI coaching, additional accountability tools, and calendar sync.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The monthly plan is billed every month and the yearly plan is billed once per year, at the price shown when you subscribe. Taxes may apply depending on where you live and will be added at checkout where required.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and you keep access to Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. After cancelling, your account returns to the free plan and your content stays intact.

If something goes wrong with a payment or you believe you were charged in error, contact support and we will help.

Acceptable use

Use GoalForge for your own legitimate planning. Do not use it to break the law, to harass or impersonate others, to upload malicious code, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

Your content

The goals, plans, and reflections you create belong to you. You give us the permission we need to store and display that content back to you, and to the people you choose to share it with, so that we can provide the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep GoalForge available and improving. Features may change over time, and we may occasionally need to interrupt the service for maintenance. We may update these terms; if a change is material, we will update the date above and tell you in the product.
