What we collect

When you create an account we store your name, email address, and how you signed in. As you use the product we store the content you create: your goals, milestones, habits, daily plans, reflections, check-ins, and community posts.

We also keep basic technical records needed to run the service, such as error logs and security events.

How we use it

Your information is used to run the product: showing your plan, calculating your progress and streaks, sending the reminders you ask for, and keeping your account secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

AI features and your data

Some features use AI, such as the coach and weekly insights. When you use one of these features, the parts of your plan needed to answer you — your goals, habits, and recent activity — are sent to the AI provider to generate a response. The response comes back to you and is stored with your account.

AI features are optional. If you do not use them, your planning and tracking work exactly the same. Your private reflections are not used for AI features unless you choose to include them.

Who can see your information

Your goals, plans, and reflections are private to you by default. Information is only visible to other people when you deliberately share it, for example by posting in the community or by inviting an accountability partner to a goal. You can revoke that access, and it stops applying to future content.

How long we keep it

We keep your content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal content is removed. Some records may be retained for a short period where we are required to keep them for legal, billing, or security reasons.

Your choices

You can edit or delete the content you create at any time, turn reminders and AI features off, and delete your account from your profile. To ask a question or make a request about your data, contact support.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the product.
